The money-back guarantee applies to all new customers. This allows you to try our courses and services completely risk-free.

Are there any exceptions to the money-back guarantee?

Please note that visa-related courses are excluded from the money-back guarantee, as these are linked to your visa.

Additionally, it does not apply to the booking of telc exams, as we need to request exam materials and organize the exam process specifically for you.

How can I make use of the money-back guarantee?

To make use of the money-back guarantee, you must have attended all course days of the respective course in the first week and notified us by Friday of the first week via email with a brief explanation of the reason for claiming the money-back guarantee. We will then refund the entire course fee to you.
